Remote help

Netleaf uses TeamViewer to provide remote support to customers.

  1. Click on the TeamViewer image below. A download will start.
  2. Open the .zip file and run TeamViewer QuickSupport.
  3. You will get a window with an ID and Password.
  4. You can pass this ID and password on to our helpdesk, so that your computer can be taken over remotely to help you further.
