Our specialised team is available 24/7 to support companies with incidents such as:

How it works

To activate our support, we follow a straightforward process:

1. Get The Emergency IR Agreement

  • Call the SOC Hotline

  • Fill in the Emergency IR Agreement that the SOC team will send you by mail.

2. Send us the agreement and contact details

Email the signed agreement (PDF) together with the contact details (phone number and email address) of all relevant stakeholders to cdc@netleaf.be.

3. Call us for confirmation

After sending the documents, call our Cyber Defence Center at +32 15 14 18 14 to confirm. Please mention that the signed agreement and contact details have been submitted.

Once we have the necessary information, we’ll contact you immediately and guide you through the entire incident response process.
